It has to be Witcher 3. Fantastic story, great world, etc etc. I really have enjoyed Fallout 4, but few games have been better to me than Witcher 3. However, this could be because I am a massive fan of the books as well...I can understand the story not gripping you if you aren't already super invested in the characters.
