I know you have been editing your posts often and so this may have been deleted, but I could have sworn reading in one of your posts that you were trying to make the most extreme Xbox NTSC Full List. That would be interesting to see. Anyway, here's a little help.

Far as I know NBA Live 2003 and RHL-Run Like Hell always included a Music Cd. The rest of these games had variants with a bonus Music CD. Outlaw Volleyball had two cover art versions with identical bonus Music Cd's.

The initial run of Xbox Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball included a free limited edition 3D Lenticular card. There are six different cards in all.

I never saw an Xbox Outlaw Golf with a voucher for free golf balls, but you could find a variant that included a dozen Ultra brand golf balls with the game. I've also never seen the free Shrek watch included in the Shrek Super Party variant. Mines a sealed copy. When I was searching for one I came across quite a few used games with different versions of the watch and became suspicious that resellers were putting happy meal/flea market crap in as replacements to fool collectors.


These are Xbox Promotional variants. Not sure why there is a "Promotional Offer. Not For Resale" version of the Star Wars Clone Wars/Tetris World limited edition pack in game.
