Default Collecting apps where I can just say I have the box or manual

Are there any? I used one where I could say I just had the box called "My Game Collection" but I have to go through a bunch of menus to see it. I'm looking for one that I can quickly see on one screen all my games and which I do not have the cart for but everything else.

NES Collection does this but it's only for NES.

    I'm using Android.

One thing I don't like is that it seems to be missing some things. It has getting up for Xbox but not the collectors edition.

I tried installing excel which i use on my laptop but my phone was giving me crap about a password

You could try Google Sheets, which you can access from any device. You should even be able to convert an existing Excel file. Knowing Google they probably even have an app for it.
