There really wasnt a good handheld option until March 2003 when the GBA SP came out. It was about ten years too late. I remember using my light boy to play Super Mario Land on my DMG on the school bus. Its amazing how quickly the technology progressed
You weren't aware of those Tiger handheld games? I'm surprised. The Turbo Express, Mega Duck/Cougar Boy, and Supervision didn't sell very many units, so I'm sure most people weren't aware of them in the 90s.
