Does Rolling Thunder 1 Exist for the Genesis?

I want to know if some concrete evidence confirms this game being released. I have heard of many peaple mention this game. On gamefaqs one guy wrote a review on this game and stated that he had a copy and I compared the listed passwords to all of the other versions of RT for NES and Genesis and they are completey diffrent. I tried to email the guy who wrote the review and his address didn't work. It seems that this game if out there although rare, possibly non US. if anyone can help me out your AWSOME.

Rolling Thunder (the original) was definitely NOT released on the Genesis in the US.

It's possible that it was released elsewhere, but the completely vague writing and total lack of screenshots makes me think this gamefaqs "review" is totally bogus.
