In mint condition (the seal was opened, the game played once) and contains everything it originall came with of course. Works perfectly on the US Sega Master System. And might I add, It's a VERY high quality hack, the sprites are well done, and the last boss is different too!
I'd definitely pay $30 for it......if I didn't already have a complete copy.
