Hi! I have recieved several emails from various people accusing me of being someone that I am not. That sounds like harassment to me. I do not plan on having him get every single member to this forum, just simply the people who have posted comments. I simply want to speak to them on the phone with a police officer for verifictation to explain to them that I have no link to these two users (well, one from the looks of it). I have actually already filed a complaint with ebay against one guy who emailed me twice saying we are after you etc. Look, all I want is for you to realize that I am not this person you think I might be. Why is that so hard to understand? I could care less if you bid on my items, but I do not want you going around attempting to give me a bad name. I do have a problem with that. i am new to ebay and my items are already going for very low amounts because of this. lets say some possible bidder comes in and reads your false claims and although he agrees there is no evidence to support I am this dragon masterdyne user or this video game fan01 guy, he still does not bid on my item simply because of the possibility. Honestly, I would probably not bid on some guys items if I wandered onto a forum such as this one and read this crap. I would look elsewhere for the item, even if I didn't think it was true. What you are doing is putting false information up on a site that can possibly harm my sales. All I want is to get a fair price for my video game collection and you are trying to ruin this for me. Look, do not bid on my items, but do not go around making posts on a site, emails to me, etc. unless you have some sort of evidence. I am getting treated like I have done something wrong here and I do not like it one bit. This is not fair at all towards me. Think about it for a minute from my view- some innocent person who is being accused of being a scam artist. Of course I am no scam artist, but no matter what I say or do, you seem to be hellbent on believing that I am. You are not thinking logically, otherwise you would put two and two together and figure out that I am not this person you are looking for. I am honestly pretty upset over this, and when I try to defend myself, I am told that this just makes me even more of a horrible person. I don't care if you go near my ebay auctions, I don't care if you sit here and track me all you want, but do not sit here and accuse me of being a scam artist for no real reason. This will be my last post to this site, I am tired of the stress this is causing me. Just leave me alone and do not email me with absent minded threats and do not sit here and act as if you have solved some mystery. I am not the guy you are looking for, get over it. I am going to leave you all alone and mind my own business. Believe whatever you want, I don't care. Just simply stay away from my auctions if you believe I am this character, but do not try to ruin my sales until you have some sort of proof that I am this person you seem to be looking for.

Hey, I mean no ill will towards you as a person. But if you are related in any way to the previously mentioned scams, then you ought to watch for bad karma to come back and bite you in the ass someday.

I have checked out the auction descriptions and they are not that similar. I will agree with you that they are indeed somewhat alike, but not as much as the Shining Force auction I previously sent you. For one, my shipping rates are completely different. For two, I offer a warranty. I told you that I basically took my auction description from a variety of auctions, mainly the Shining Force one and an auction from mjmlopezblue, but i also took some bits and phrases from other users. For example, I used the introduction from a similar auction from the same user. As for the value of my collection, I stated that I am not selling it for the money, I did not say that I do not know the value of my items. I know the value of every video game items I own- I worked at game stores for over 3 years! I know the price and trade in for just about every game in existence. As for video game lots, I bid on one video game lot and won it. I purchased it from mjmlopezblue because I was looking for two particular items for my personal collection that were included- Lunacy and Shining Wisdom. the price was fair and the seller seems honest, so I placed a bid and won. I also bid on a pair of conert tickets. Ok, I do not know what your point is here. meatloaf is one of the most popular musicians of all time and my dad is a big fan so I tried my luck in buying him a pair of great seats for the concert. I lost the auction, but no big deal. I plan on buying him a pair of rem tickets instead- no long drive and I actually enjoy rem. As for the car, I have stated time and time again my entire purpose for creating the ebay account was to buy a car and to sell off my game collection that I plan on selling. Hmmm, since my fiancee and I really need a new car, I saw no purpose in waiting. The car was there and is not too far of a drive (I believe it is around a 5 hour drive from here) and seemed like a good price. Buying a car was half the point in making the ebay account. Also, I only set up my auctions as private because that is what I was told to do by several friends. They said that there is no reason not to have your auctions private and its free, so I might as well do it. So I did. By the way, i am not new to ebay, i never claimed i was. I have used ebay dozens of times in the past through friends accounts. I have bought many rare items on ebay in the past that are currently in my collection (Stadium Events for the NES, a factory sealed set of Mega Man 1-6 and Dragon Warrior 1-4, a Turbo Duo game system, etc etc). I think ebay is a great tool and I love it. it is especially great for the small business and it will help carry our economy in the future. The internet is the greatest thing ever to come along for the small business community and ebay is arguably the most powerful tool on the web for a small business. I admit there are a few similarities, but they are few and not very close. My description is somewhat similar, but how do you know this guy did not just take his description from a various group of sellers as i did? Check my description again and compare it to the Shining Force auction- it is incredibly close in comparison. I have included just about every detail that he has, I have just done it differently. he used html, while I am very limited in html experience so I have not yet used this tool. Look over everything that he mentions, I mention just about every little thing that he does at one time or another. I also modelled my auction description around auctions by the user mjmlopezblue because this user seems to be the largest game seller on ebay. My auction description is also very similar to this users. If you get the chance, check out mjmlopezblue, some of the auctions he has up are incredible, I plan on bidding on at least a few of them myself. My sega saturn collection is the weakest part of my video game collection at this time and it is the only part of my collection that I plan on working on. i attempted to win another auction that was mainly sega saturn games so that I could get Saturn Bomberman and Rayman for myself (two rare and awesome games for the saturn, the bomberman saturn is the best bomberman game i have ever played, i wish i could have a copy). I lost, but all is well as I just simply won a different lot (the mjmlopezblue lot). I do not plan on purchasing many, if any at all, video game lots at all in the future simply because I am supposed to be getting rid of games, not buying them. I am honestly very interested in getting together an amazing Sega Saturn collection, though. I already have some of the extremely rare games, such as Panzer Dragoon Saga, House Of The Dead, Dragon Force, Shining Force 3, Soon to Be Shining The Holy Ark and Shining Wisdom, etc etc. Anyways, this really is my last post and I have disabled the email update thing. Believe what you want, I dont care, follow my auctions all you would like, follow my items I bid on all you like, you will find that I am doing nothing wrong and that I was right all along

Well, I looked at the sites, and it looks suspicious, VERY suspicious. Of course there is no proof this way or the other, that's why I don't understand your insistence on phone calls, what's thats supposed to prove? Absolutely nothing. Just looking at your auctions I'd have stayed a mile away. Let me ask you these Qs:

1. If you already used ebay for a longer period of time and won items, why in the world do you choose a new username with zero feedback...in order to diminish your chances to get more money for your items?

2. Why do you have private auctions? You are selling lil' NES games, not high powered delicate porn movies.

I use common sense when it comes to ebay, and two plus two equals 4, not 3.9.
