I just picked one up at a garage sale. It is a wireless controller for use on the NES. I have heard wireless controllers tend to be flakey. Anybody have one and use it?? Does it work well ??

I think I had that one. If it's the one that I am thinking of, it is shaped like a Triangle. Very poorly designed, in my opinion. Very inaccurate from my experiences too.
Yea well, the only non-flaky wireless controller in my opinion is the Nintendo WaveBird. I think something that is wireless from the famicom days is almost guarenteed not to preform as well.
I have a boxed one.. it works great if you are only as far away as you would be with a wired controller..

I can tell you from experience that Acclaim's wireless NES controllers really, really sucked. A buddy of mine got them one year for Christmas -- we used 'em a couple of times, lost a lot of games of Super Mario, then promptly deposited them in the closet.
I'm guessing these Camerica ones won't be a hell of a lot better -- but I've been wrong before. Let us know how they work out...
