The xbox rug does make me laugh, but it really is a prototype. So was the clock. I have seen the proto neon signs too, I'm surprised they haven't sold those! But, I wll say, there are many more than three. I can count 5 in the xbox offices at MS. I have many dealings with the merchandising guys there, and you would not believe the stuff they created and never released... it is amazing.

The Nes test cart ended in a bidding war.. I got up at 3 am to get that cart. And some dumb fuck had the same idea prolly. I wanted it, but for that money he can have it.

Those pictures are not of a final Dreamcast Dev Kit.

Reading a bit closer its a SET 4. SET 4 are early dev kits, SET 5 was final chipset (One version (can't recall if was SET 3 or 4) was just a PC card). In SET 4 the chips aren't final, its really a prototype it doesn't run real code at all.
