I was finally able to unlock Metroid on Metroid Prime the other day, but was let down by two things...
Whats up with all the slowdown, and why can't you see the lava floors? I mean, at least I know that it should be there, but what about people who never played the original on the NES. A friend of mine even asked me while playing it why he couldn't go down to the next platform; why when he hit the bottom of the screen he couldn't move and was losing health. And I gotta admit, with out the lava floor, it looks like the columnar rooms where you can go up and down.

Then it occured to me, if they're using the same emulator to run Zelda I and II on the promo disc, is it too plagued wth slowdown and have some misssing graphics?
