I have dug through some old Usenet snes lists, and I have compiled a listing of Unreleased games. I believe there is twice as many as the last time I updated the list.

That great battle box looks like great battle 5 but since I dont' have the rom on this computer I can't verify that. 5 has the Gundam,Ultraman and that bug looking guy so it is probably Great Battle 5.
Sorry Ryan, but your girlfriend is in another school.

I heard a rumour about final Fantasy 6 Part 2 for the Snes.
It's the same thing about FF Extreme?
" Tiens ma bière pis r'garde ben ça ! "
Sorry Again, for my poor english...
Hopefully this list will help you out...
Action 52 was also released in Europe for the NES, as well as being released in America for the Genesis. The developer for the game would have been FarSight Technologies and the publisher Active Enterprises.
Akira was released in Japan for the Famicom.

Batman: Revenge of the Joker was released in the US on the NES (as Return of the Joker) and Genesis.

Boxing with Muhammad Ali was released as Muhammad Ali Boxing on the Genesis.
Bulls Vs Suns was released, it was called NBA Showdown.
Casino Kid II was released in the US for the NES.

I'm thinking all of those games that were released on the NES were put on there by mistake. I will likely remove them.

i would have loved that bobby's world *sigh*
I passed it in 45 minutes using an emulator. Far too easy (except for the cheap death part which I took a screenshot of).Originally Posted by Slipdeath

I updated it with your info.

Add Shadowhawk to your list
Do you list only games, which was announced? Or all, which too not released in USA but released in Japan?
If all, which not released in USA, then you can add many great Adventures and RPG's, which are released in Japan only. Like:
Lady Stalker (Taito Corporation)
Magic Knight Rayearth
Paladin's Quest 2 (Enix America, Inc.)
Record of Lodoss War - Lodoss Tou Senki
Romancing Sa-Ga (Square Enix)
Romancing Sa-Ga 2 (Square Enix)
Romancing Sa-Ga 3 (Square Enix)
Rudora No Hihou (Square Enix)
Seiken Densetsu 3 (Square Enix)
Slayers (Banpresto)
Star Ocean (Enix America, Inc.)
Super Tetris 2 + Bombliss (Bullet Proof Software)
Super Tetris 2 + Bombliss - Limited Edition (Bullet Proof Software)
Tales of Phantasia (Namco)
Treasure Hunter G (Square Enix)
and maybe much much more which are only released in Japan.
This list includes only games that were planned for a release in a region, but were not released. The games you mentioned were never announced to be released outside of Japan (as far as I know).
I'll add Shadowhawk in my next update.

i'm pretty sure that road runner 2 was being made by sunsoft. i got the rom from a sunsoft employee.
I remember having that ROM. Didn't you play a Wile E. Coyote this time?
I don't have it anymore though.
ehm i'm pretty sure road runner 2 wasn't officially released, perhaps in australia, but i've never seen an US or european version
your list is missing Seiken Densetsu 3 / Secret of Mana 2 though as this was planned and in work for the us/european market, could also be true for Star Ocean, i'm not sure about that one, you should go to the dejap.com forum @zsnes.com as most members there are very familiar with anything about rpg translations

Hmm, I thought I had put down SoM 2...
Anyways, Star Ocean was not officially announced, as it was released near the end of the life of the Snes, and Enix was all but dead in the US at that point. And I am a moderator at the Dejap board.

i'm 100% sure it was never released in the US.Originally Posted by hydr0x
