megadrive2+megacd+32x europe is it operational in america?

there is a chance to get my hands on a Megadrive2+megacd+32x system which was originally sold in spain, is there any chance to convert the PAL
signal output to NTSC and use it in america? are sega genesis 2 and megacd
compatible? is 32x europe compatible with sega genesis 2. I like to collect stuff but i ENJOY collecting stuff that works. do i need to mod the megadrive2 and each component one-by-one? please HELP

You can mod the megadrive, but after you do that, I don't know if the Mega CD will work with.

You could get a Datel CDX cart, then it would definitely work.
