PAL NES rarity / value question

Just a quick query ...

What would be the approximate value / rarity of :

Clu Clu Land
Gyromite

for the PAL NES (boxed)

Gyromite would most certainly be an R1 or R2. I see it all the time.

But Clu Clu land anyone?

This guy certainly seems to think it quite rare, by the price :

Is he just off his nut, or is it actually worth anything near this?

To justify that price, I think it should include all the paperwork and be in mint condition.

Without a manual I'd say about 10-15 euros.

A complete black label collection is one the most beatiful series to display IMO. Still missing a few...

Thanks! There must have been different versions released, because the one that I picked up today does not look the same as the one the German guy has in his picture. On mine the title text is slanted and it says "Game of / Gioco Di" above the title.
