    Default Entex AdventureVision

I posted this in the "buy/sell" board too, lets hope it doesnt show up twice here like it did there.

I found an Entex AdvenureVision for cheap at a pawn shop a week or two ago, and since I really need money right now, I'm going to sell it. What have you people seen these going for? The one I have works almost perfectly, and has Defender. If I didn't need to buy unimportnat stuff like food and rent, I'd keep it, but...

Put it up on ebay. Put plenty of pics. Show it working/running etc... and see what sticks.

Last I saw it got up to a grand.

Oh right! Yes, I HAVE heard of this system. It's kinda like a Coleco table top game only you can play several games on it. It must not have done very well -- wonder why? 1982 was the golden year of video games.

There were only 4 games released for it, and it broke way to easily.

Also, they can fetch up there. Last I saw with the box went for $1000, without the box its around $500-$700 depending on condition. Good luck with the sell.

It's not very fun to play... It's like the Virtual Boy, without the eyepieces.

I'm pretty sure I saw one go for $3000 once, but it had box, etc, in complete VG condition.

However, I may have only saw it TRYING to be sold at that price...I don't think there were any bidders.

$3000...sheesh, anyone who pays that is an asshole...

I could have sworn I posted an answer to someone's question about what I meant by "runs almost perfectly", but now I can't find it...anyway, I just wanted to say that it runs perfectly! I thought the "smart bomb" button for Defender on one side didn't work, but I didn't realize that the buttons are reversed (on the left side, the "4" button is on the left, on the right side, the "2" button is on the left")

I will let everyone know when this goes up on eBay.
