He replaced the contacts, and put ona brand new label. The inside has just been cleaned off. Screws have been replaced also. that would be extremly difficult. :P

we do the refurbishing in house. I prefer not to give trade secrets. I
will tell you though, that these games play perfectly the first time you put
them into the NES(provided you don't have a problem with the main cartridge
junction). you don't have to blow on them 5000 times to make them work.
just plug it in and play.
