With no AC, that's a bit high. Battle Ace is a $10 game tops, the AV cables are common, and the ACs are rare as hell. I'd say not unless you REALLY REALLY want one.

Yeah I agree with maxlords on this one...I'd say ask him to hold it for ya and hunt at a local flea market for an AC...if you can pick one up cheap then go for it
Can't he just use one of those multi AC's from Radio Shack or something?
Yeah, I was thinking Radio Shack would have something. Or is it one of those consoles with a real oddball AC?

Your best bet is to get yourself a coregrafx AC pack and reverse the + and - on the plug, that would do the trick.

Unless somebody else here has seen supergrafx's at walmart on sale cheaper than $80 .. buy the one your looking at.
