Since I'm a girl, I'll answer on the other side of the spectrum.
Guys that exude sensuality (incidentally they're very androgynous, so they might fool you for a second, gentlemen): the charadesigns in the Castlevania games of recent years.
I just love looking at these charadesigns and if there were a Castlevania artbook easily accessible on the market, I wouldn't hesitate one second to get it!!!

There are some game women that have no sex appeal. Peach being the first to come to mind. And sometime a character changes.. Like N64 Zelda is a babe! but GC zelda is a baby cartoony thing. :P
