In a nutshell a letter was sent by lawyers representing Infinium and listed things that needed to be changed (to "thier" own words) in the article HardOCP had written "or else". HardOCP changed five items (as listed in the url above) from the list the lawyers sent as the rest that, according to HardOCP, "were not based in reality [in regards to the article]".
Gotta love business these days. If this thing does come out and the system gets negative reviews is Infinium going to sue the reviewers?
