Something I've been meaning to ask:
Why are several of the greatest hit bars colored differently form each other? I've seen wo different shades of green for the overall background, and then some have white small lettering, while others have darker grey lettering, while another had another variation? Any clues?

Just different printers??? Ive seen the 3 shades of green a few times myself, and in a few cases, different shades of green for the same game. I dont think that Sony cares as long as its marked GH and has the "lime green GH bar" on insert and manual.

Don't forget about Grand Theft Auto: London (If you're counting those 3-game packs).

Wasn't there a Street Fighter Alpha 3 GH? I could have sworn I saw one at Coconuts a few weeks back.

Is the original Grand Theft more fun than the 3D versions? GTA3 and Vice City didn't appeal to me.

I liked them, but they're considerably different games. Both of the first two (and the expansion pack) are top-down action games. I found the city to be very difficult to navigate in the first game (difficult in that it was not intuitive - with an arrow pointing east you sometimes had to travel far south to get to point where you could cross over), the second game was better navigating and a little more open ended. All of them are sheer kill-crazy rampages, however, so if that's what you didn't like about GTA3 and Vice City, you won't like the previous titles either.

I think he was referring to the green "Greatest Hits" label. Those 3-game packs have white "Collector's Edition" labels. Whole different animal.
