Hi! This is my first post here! Well, I'm from Brazil, I have a little collection (see in my signature). I have a good english, I think I won't have much problems with it.
Well, I have 2 games, I need you guys appraise it.
They are:
Final Fantasy VIII ( Original version, factory sealed )
Psychic Detective ( near mint condition )

How much they can cost? Thanks for all!

FFVIII is worth about $5 probably...or you can get more use out of it using the instructions as toilet paper, and the cd as a coaster.

I'm sure you have at a bare minimum $50 with that FFVIII, on eBay I'd imagine that it would go for at least $100... assuming this is the US release.

What Querjek is talking about is that if FF8 is the non greatist hits version. And if its factory sealed, it can go for quite a good amount. Ever check the online auctions for sealed non GH FF tactics or FF7? They can go for quite a good amount.

I completely based my guess off of past eBay observations... and that's what the actual search turns up. I guess $100 is pushing it a bit, but it could happen with today's insanity.

Physic Detective... I know it is fairly rare for the PSX. I'd advise you to do a quick search on ebay to see what one sells for and then you can get a rough idea.

Or you can PM kevincure and ask for his all mighty playstation knowledge. I am sure he could give a good estimate on value.

First of all, i went to 3 video game stores in Philly yesterday and there were copies of FFVIII at each of em for like 15-20 bucks...second of all, i wasn't making fun of his english, i didn't understand what he said. Ok! It needs to be the original version, can't be Greatest Hits. Needs to be factory sealed, totally mint condition, withoud any crack, excellent wrapper. Please, look at the corners, they usually have cracks. Thanks for all!

no hard feelings here, sorry if i came across kinda harsh there, I just thought you were coming down on the guy that's all. But I would like to see a factory sealed one for 15 20 bucks (non GH version)... and if that is true you would be wise to invest in them... imho.
