had a couple of nice finds today, namely:

GEN - Toe Jam & Earl in a shitty ass box (regular box, but plastic is ripped off, cover tapped back on, and 25% of the back of the cover is torn off), but the cartrdige itself is beautiful, and it was $1.99 =)

...and i knew this would happen. after getting a saturn from jonjandran just 3 weeks ago, i found one in the wild today for $9.99. although, it has no hookups... it did have one official controller, one extension cord, and a loose copy of virtua fighter 2 inside. $9.99

also picked up a gameboy camera for xenu for $5.

Found a copy of Sonic Adventure LE at a garage sale. Not in the original case, and the instruction manual is missing the back cover, but the disk is flawless. Not a bad investment at $3.50.

I found a Tengen Baseball for 1.99 loose and a gameboy booster boy.
never heard of it before, but I found a link to a pic.
    http://www.marktnet.nl/Game-boy-clas...ster-96444.htm
It didn;t come with a power cord, but I can use a universal one.

Very large and ugly looking unit, seems it would be hard it play with, but it was 19.99, and I said WTF, with no power cord?? So they lowered it to 12.99 and I snagged it.

Meh, nothing super but still finds.

My big find in the wild was a CIB Budokan - The Martial Spirit for the Genesis - $2.50.

I'm expecting some games from ebay this week too. No great bargains but stuff I really wanted to play and have in my collections. End price on all the eBay stuff was $28.23 + S/H
    Saturn: In the Hunt CIB
Saturn: Nights CIB with 3D Controller
    PS2: Sky Gunner CIB
    PS2: Silpheed: Lost Planet CIB

I've been having some good luck lately finding games on my want list.
    PSX: All complete
    kalonoa $6
    R type delta $6
    Grandia $5

    SNES
    Vortex $5
Normall I'd pass on a crappy game like this but the box was brand new and I'm a sucker for that FX chip. This games sucks big time!

Yesterday I received a package I won via ebay. It featured a Super Nintendo console in really nice condition (looks better than mine) with the AC cord, a/v cables and two controllers. I also got 8 games with it. Considering I have over 180 games for the system (I bought this as a back-up to my regular console), I was pleasantly surprised that I only got 3 games that I already had: Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Super R-Type and Mortal Kombat II. The five games I got that I didn't have before: Wolfchild, RapJam Volume One (yeah, I know, there never was a volume two), Kendo Rage, Clue and Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball. Is RapJam considered rare? Video Game Bible says it is. Oh yes, these all came loose...no boxes or instructions for the games.

    Baseball Stars NES - $2.00

Video Games Express throw their common sports games and Mario/DuckHunt type stuff in a 2 dollar each or 6 for $10 bin, for some reason, they thought Baseball Stars was a common one?
By all means, turn me into a child star.... Perhaps I can move to Californ-i-ay and wrangle me a three-way with the Olsen twins

I stopped by a TRU on the way home today on the off chance they finally marked down their DC games. They didn't, but I couldn't read the price tag on Typing of the Dead so I asked, and the supervisor said they were 50% off the marked price. He said they may even be able to go 75% off with store manager approval. The store manager came over and said that 75% was too much, but he could do 50% of the 50% off....yeah...not a typo.

So I managed to get all of these at 75% off anyway:

    F22 (Genesis) $1.25
    Vectorman 2 (Genesis) $1.25
    World Series 2K2 (DC) $2.50
Typing of the Dead (DC) $2.50

In retrospect, I probably should have snagged Pokemon Snap and Hey You Pikachu for $2.50 each, but oh well.
