In light of the overwhelming ammount of e-mails I recieved the last time this was listed, yes, the toaster IS real. This is not a joke, and I GUARANTEE that once the toaster is shipped, it wont return to me. Should it do so, I will gladly refund your money.
That was a great story. Translation - For sale, one broken toaster.
Reminds me of that auction someone did a few weeks back about that "haunted" Virtual Boy game.
*gathers up all unused household appliances*
Anyone want to help me make up fake "ghost stories" about these so I can cash in on moronic eBay buyers?
Sure. Even from here I can tell that your appliances are unique. Though not all of them are haunted, they each have as story. What you have is:Originally Posted by Cmosfm

1 horny blender (don't trust him)
1 transister radio with a speach impedament
1 bi-polar microwave
1 possessed George Foreman grill and
1 couisinart with anger management issues.
Prepare to cash in.
Oh man, I can just imagine the feedback should it never be shipped...Originally Posted by briskbc

response from themagicloaf: I did ship the item, but it apparently escaped from the packaging while it was in the postal system, and somehow ended up at my place. I can offer a full refund, however.

I had a feeling there'd be a rash of joke haunted auctions after the infamous "Haunted Dibbuk Box" auction, funny stuff
feitctaj !
well i got curious and emailed that person who bought the haunted dibbuk box....i didn't know what to say so i just emailed this...
hey hope you don't mind me emailing you, but i saw you bought the infamous haunted box...any interesting things as of yet? I'm pretty sure i'm not the only email you've gotten...just curious i guess...
how many emails do you think this person has gotten? and anyone know the address of the website that the seller had concerning this box...he said he had made a website about it and i think i did read about it somehwere else....i got curious even tho it could be a scam, what do you all think??? you think they'll reply?
well i decided to look, i know im jacking this thread :\ sorry, just find this pretty funny and interesting at the same time...the person, agetron, who bought the dibbuk box posted on a blog and said the box was placed in a museum storage.....the addy to that blog is http://blogs.oc.edu/dan.lovejoy/archives/000221.html and his email is museum@atsu.edu heheh who wants to email him too and see if they get a response? oh and here is the website on the box http://www.dibbukbox.com/ the last person to win it agetron emailed the person of the website, and his email was put on the website, heheh any opinions on all of this? i'm getting a kick out of it.
i just got a response back...for some reason i think its an automatic reply...
Hello Babybytes,
I am currently researching the box's history and have it stored away from
people. After the history is all sorted out - which takes a good bit of
slow research, then I will move to the spiritual aspect. I don't want to
get the cart before the horse on this thing.
I do have a web site up which shows how the box opens and closes and has the
updated information. www.dibbukbox.com. Yes, odd unexplained things have
occured with the box when it has been near others. Hence, it has been
removed from people more or less. I hope this helps. I will try to keep the
web site updated.
Regards,
Jason
That story sounds liek a cartoon
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the "Ghost in a jar" auction that was mentioned here sometime ago.
http://www.digitpress.com/forum/view...ight=ghost+jar
Or better yet, does anyone remember "Toast In a Jar"?
Here's the Ghost in a jar saga:

Or here's a link that shows the auction:

Referring back to the original post; if you read the sellers feedback now, the buyer of the toaster left him feedback confirming it's evil nature.
fast shipping, and the toaster is as evil as promised. pray for my soul...Originally Posted by Jibbajaba
