Default Super Nintendo "Special Tee Shot"???

I recently bought a SNES cartridge named "Super Tee Shot" a mini golf style game. The cartridge is VERY heavy compared to my other SNES games and it only has a small sticker with Special Tee Shot written on it and there is no label on the back of the cartridge. The game is not listed in the DP SNES section. Does anyone have information about this game?

Special Tee Shot eventually became Kirby's Dream Course.

I know some parts of Special Tee Shot were released on the BS Satellaview, but I don't know if it was ever officially released on cartridge.

I will try to get my scanner to work and I will post a pic of the cartridge. However I do not have the screwdriver to open the cartridge. The screenshot of my game is exactly the same as http://www.nintendoland.com/home2.ht...l_tee_shot.htm but mine only have 2 options (1 player stroke and 2 player stroke) and read 1992 Nintendo instead of 1996 Nintendo.

No I don't mind at all. I was wondering if you would be interested in pictures of SNES "not for resale-demo only" cartridges for your website. I have Contra 3, DKC, DKC3, KI, SF 2 turbo, Stunt Race, Yoshi Island.

The auction is obviously long over, so I don't think jb will mind that his secret is out. First party US proto?

    Ummmm.

@jbholio: Took a look at that auction. Nice finds, and an even better deal!

And how often do people see an auction that includes a Starfox SW cart where the top item isn't the Starfox cart itself?

You mean where did I see this?

Same link as posted in this thread of course.

I didn't see the starfox cart and first assumed that the white sticker Special T-shot was the Starfox Trial Version.

Yes that is my 1st proto and it is NTSC. The game is in english and seems complete but I can't play master course because I have to pass PRO course first. The game saves when you complete a course. I think it it Kirby Dream course but with a little red ball instead of Kirby. I will try to find Kirby dream course and compare it to Special tee shot. I should have a screenshot of the title screen this week. In fact I bought the auction for the Starfox weekend cartridge, I had no idea there was a proto in the auction.
