Default I'll help you find SNES games

I put up an auction, I am not sure if anyone is interested, but I have really good search skills and good programming skills so if anyone here wants to try this for half price or free here just let me know.

I was hoping to make the Ebay Insanity boards by someone but no one has reported me yet. Anyway if anyone is interested in a free 2 week trial or half price month subscription let me know.

PS Please don't rag me for this or make comments about the price. I had the price higher but my fiance said it was a rip off so I lowered the price considerably. Now it is less than the monthly price for a magazine subscription and you get a lot more for it. I am thinking about making a database to keep track of the items and the prices they go for and maybe the date. I think that would be useful information.

It's an interesting concept, but that pic with like 15 SNES games in it doesn't help you AT ALL.

I agree, interesting concept, but I have little interest in SNES.

I would like to demo this for Dreamcast though. I don't know how complex your program is....

That is actually a really good idea rich. I would subscribe, but I enjoy looking for good SNES deals for myself. I also agree with chad in that you should have a picture of your whole collection. It will make the regular ebayer think you are a god.

Got some better pics. See if you can recognize any of the games!

As for my program, I still have to manually look at the search results but I like to do this anyway (like Balloon Fight). It auto generates html links for all the searches I want to perform. Then I have to manually click on each of the links. I have a database table with this data in it. It's kind of complicated and I don't want to go into all the details.

I told my girlfriend it is like I am "retiring" from video game collecting and reselling and in my retirement I will do "consulting". I could really compose a list of all the rare games I see on Ebay in about an hour once every 3 days (3 days because that is the minimum length of auctions and that way I rarely miss anything). I want to stay involved in it and watch what goes on but I have almost every game I want now and extras of a lot. There will be a big sale around Christmas this coming year to blow out some of my extra stuff.

Cool concept indeed. I don't mean to be picky or anything, but just wanted to point out that the Starfox weekend competition didn't take place at Blockbuster. It was held in places like Sears', Wal-Mart's, and Kay-Bee's.

That's good to know. I did not know that. Anyway I cancelled the auction because of lack of interest. I'll just have to do it on my own. Oh well I get tired of buying all these games sometimes but I can't stand to see them go for too cheap. If they are going for cheap I might as well be the one to buy them!
