    Default Turbo Duo Help!!!!!!

I have a Duo it works but ocasionally just turns off and won't turn back on for a while. I have a feeling there is a loose wire it the internal power supply or something like that. My question is, is there anywhere I can find the triangular bit to use to take apart the unit, or anything that will suffice? I'm sure someone on the boards has taken one apart before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

I can't guarantee it will work, but try this. Take a ballpoint pen with the ink tube bit removed. Heat up the (now empty) writing end so that it is malleable. Press the hot plastic end into the screw until it forms the shape of the bit needed. Let it cool down or maybe pull it out and put it in water to cool it. This may be a cheap and quick way to make a temporary bit to get those off.
