buiying replacement parts?

I've been meaning to mod my xbox and I'm thinking where are some of the places everybody gets their parts

please don't restrict it to just xbox parts any sites that sells system parts would be welcomed since I'm tempted to learn how to repair my stuff

I do repairs for local game stores. I get all of their unsellable/unfixable busteds.

I dont care if the controller works or not i just need one with a good cord and a working connector.
