Default Is there a site dedicated to the Arcades of the past?

I have tried finding a site that collects pictures from old arcades, but have yet to find any. Does anybody know if such a site exists? On another board people were talking about the hobby shops that they grew up in, and I thought it would be cool if somebody had a site dedicated to old hobby shops, and now I find myself thinking the same thing for old arcades. I can still remember the one I used to hang out in all the time, from the look and lay-out to the smell.

Just think it would be cool if there was a site for these types of things, but I am starting to think that back in the day, none of us realized that things such as arcades and hobby shops would actually become a thing of the past.

Just had high hopes that people that hung out in them may have taken pictures, and eventually some bright soul would start up a site and people would drop pictures into it. There are site such as this for old Drive-In theaters and old movie houses. Maybe I will need to fire one up. Or try to.

I've seen pictures here and there. Actually there was someone here who posted pics of an arcade party he had as a kid.. I forget who it was though. :P Others I've seen from arcade collectors who've had pics of themselves as kids. Funny stuff.

And of course I have a couple in books and magazines of mine. I guess I could scan them. You find pictures of old arcades in odd places as well. Sometimes even on tv in specials done by G4 (Icons usually), or other shows like the Eye Candy, or the History of Videogames show that showed on GSN.

Problem is I've never archived them. But if I find them I'll keep you in mind. Here's some I found that I had from a while ago...

Dude, seriously... what is that, the 1985 Arcade Drug Dealer calendar?
