Default My best find of the year...

Today at GameStop I found this:

Not exactly a holy grail, but it's going for $200+ on eBay.. I'm going to hold on to it though. Woot!

It's a sealed non-Greatest Hits version. The green label is easy to find sealed, but these were discontinued a long time ago and are now worth a lot of $$ on ebay.

Really? Those go for $200 or so? I got two of those. One I bought myself of course and the other I got as a gift from my girlfriend at the time.

greg, I paid $16.99 like it says on the label. They marked it as used since someone traded it in brand new.

    Good find.

I personally dont like RPG's but I know FF7 is loved by many.

Non greatest hits package is always a bonus.

I'm assuming 16.99, due to the big sticker on the front.

Either way, not bad man. Gonna sell it? I think you should

I don't think I'm gonna sell it right away, but if I do, the cash would go towards another game, like the Starfox weekend cart. I've been wanting one of those for a while.

    Default FF VII

Darn, does FFVII really sale for that much all of the time??

I have one a bought back when KMart was closing stores still sealed. I don't like Square games, you spend too much time fighting those stupid battles.

Quess I might have to sell it.

    First off nice find Halbert.

Secondly , the Starfox Super Weekend Cart was a version of Star Fox that you could only get from Nintendo Power magazine by sending away for it.
(I cant remember what you had to do to get it.)

I believe there were only like around 2000 made. It was simular to the Donkey Kong competition cart also released by Nintendo Power magazine.
    (both games on SNES).

Me and tynstar found a Starfox Super Weekend cart at a local EB Games for 12.99 about a month ago

I don't think the Starfox cart was ever available from Nintendo Power, I think that if you got the highest score in the competition, you got the promo items, jacket, and cart... Well, one will be mine. Eventually.

Nice find halbert. I wish I had a nongh version of FFVII. I have the non greatest hits case, but of course since gamecrazy had probably 20 gh copies, I got the gh cds. Yes there is a difference in the cds. The nongh are solid white. The gh are silverish. I know it's stupid, but it drives me crazy. My copy is just not complete. I'll have to go hit one of the nearby pawns and buy their ngh ffvii .
