    Default Genesis Game Genie question

Alright, I've been wondering... would one be able to play unlicensed carts on a Genesis 2 via a Game Genie? I'm wondering if a Game Genie would bypass whatever Sega used to lockout such carts.

I've got "Budokan" an early unlicensed EA game to play on a Genesis 2 via a Game Genie.

Possibility is infinity! You must be satisfied!
