I would go with Shining Force 3, but that's just me. Read some reviews & decide which one you'd enjoy more.

Strategy Based: Dragon Force.

Well I would pick Shining force 3 because Ive never heard of Dragon Force, either.

Shining Force III is a Sega saturn game and is an R3, and Dragon Force, also for Saturn, is an R4.

Shining Force 3 is the better RPG... but you might be disapointed that it has no ending. The game was a three parter that only got partially released in the US.

But really either is a great stratedgy game.

despite the fact shinning force 3 doesnt end in the US.....buy it anyways, its an amazing game, and may even compell you to import the other 2...but worst came senario, you can sell it on e-bay, i got rid of a copy for $120 about a year and a half ago, and i atill have 2 more on my shelf ^_^
