You need to actually resize the image with a photo editing program rather than displaying the same image with smaller height and width attributes.

Do that and it will be much more dial-up friendly

Actually, I could just downsize the quality of the pics which also helps for slower connections. I'll do that now.

Rival Schools is a 3-D fighting game by Capcom. It's alot like the Street Fighter EX Plus games for the PSX.
