ok, this is somewhat thread related but only to the NWC cart aspect... Has anyone else ever seen the booklet explaining the NWC competition? It has an oreo add on the back of it. Aparently, it was only available at the 1990 NWC event.
These Reproductions available with custom labels via PM with free shipping for DP members:
ATARI 2600: Mazy Match, Cola Invaders (the one I released/made), Meltdown (2600), Kabobber, Stone Age (NTSC), A Misterious Thief (NTSC).
NES(US):Crazy Climber, Mario Adventure, Castlevania C.O.M., Drac's Night Out, Galaxian.
If it wasn't for sarcasm, I'd rather be dead.
you must tell us about this limited edition oreo please :P
I have one of those booklets, and it is scanned on my site:Originally Posted by MattG/Snyper2099

It's at the bottom of this page. Sorry about thread hi-jacking, now back to the originally scheduled topic.
Sorry to go off topic, but with regards to this..I am also somewhat irritated by the UK banking system at the moment as well. Why on earth does it cost me £8 to make an international transfer? This is ludicrously excessive!! I don't mind paying a fee, but it's really not £8 worth of work for them. Especially in Europe, with IBAN and BIC codes.
TELL ME ABOUT IT!
Halifax (my main bank / savings account) did not even know what IBAN WAS when I phoned them !! as for sending an IBAN, they told me not to bother as it would cost me " at least £50 " and they couldnt provide me with a BIC or IBAN number
Natwest however, provide a BIC and IBAN number on my statements.. so I didnt even have to ask them!
They charge just £1 to recieve payments.. I was under the impression it was free in the UK by law to send and recieve payments, but they will probably just say its to cover postage costs on the letter they send me EVERY time I get a payment.. x_x
Why are these banks allowed to charge £50 for a transfer.. I hate sending cash to Europe!
This is defentily a case where PayPal has it's uses.
But to stay on topic -- it sucks this is still going on, and the whole tracking issue seems VERY muddy. At least with the USPS you can PROVE a item got a house, although unless you require a signature no way to know if it actually got to a PERSON. When I ship overseas I always ask the seller if they want tracking and if they do to pay the money, otherwise I can't offer it due to how expensive that it is.
So I guess that leaves the main burning question -- did the seller actually send the game or was a rip off from day one?

Someone else mentioned, that sending a signed for item to the US from the UK only got it to the US.. and it doesn't mean the Recipient signs for it? Thats INCORRECT.Originally Posted by SoulBlazer
The name and address on the package, is where it is signed for. and thats "Royal Mail International Signed for"
I meant to mention that the other day but was just click through a few threads, since i didn't use any computers over Christmas..
PS. I know it's late but Happy New Year, and many more to everyone here!
