    Default Atari 2600 first find..its a big one...PICS!

    so i went to this retro electronics store and i found my FIRST EVER Atari 2600! ive been dying to find one of these and i tihkn this is a pretty good dam first find



    payed 100 bucks canadian for the lot...took all the dupes to a store downtown and traded them for games i didnt have...almost 40 games there...7 complete games...lots of manuals/cataloges....i especially like my "How to win at pac man" game...im farrrr toolazy to write out everythin there...but hell if you got a question i def dont mind answering

    was 100 a good deal? i think so because its the only one ive ever found...tons of boxes and stuff...imo its a great deal

    I really can't make out the loose carts in your picture but from what I can see you didn't find anything really rare. It is though a nice start for someone who doesn't already have an Atari.

    Is it worth $100? I suppose that depends on how much you play it. The way I look at it you got a classic console and 40 games for the same price as 2 new modern games. You may have got it for a bit less on ebay but then you'd have to pay shipping on top of it.

    Yeah, I have sold similar bundles on eBay for 90-120 USD... so for 100 CND I dare say you did very well.

    Nice find...I don't think you over paid if you really enjoy it. I've always wanted one of those how to win at pac-man books. Is it interesting?
