I have, but if you do a search you'll find some of the folks here dealings with them. I never had a major problem with them and have ordered many times.

I ordered a pair of Super Famicom controllers from them. You know that the multicolored buttons are cooler that what we got in the US. Anyhow, customer service via email was great, though it took about a day for them to respond per email. They were a little bit over priced, bu they had the controllers and those are hard to find.

No problems at all with either of my orders, and they take paypal, which makes all the difference. ^_^

Someone here has had a bad experience with them over like $500 worth of stuff... something like a Twin Famicom and games. They got the stuff but it took multiple months and they got the wrong color Twin.

That would be me. I'm really not that worried about it - I'd just make sure to email them before placing an order to make sure everything is in stock :P
