For those of you that don't know, Sega had some exclusive titles comissioned for the Brazil market as SMS & sales continued well into the mid '90s. It is hard to find these titles, even harder to find them in half decent condition! On eBay these can fetch a high price - not so long ago an SMS Mortal Kombat 3 (Complete) went for £25!

I got a sealed one a couple of weeks back for £5.50 (~$10).
