The seller has good feedback so I would assume that it is not a complete rip-off.

Who cares. He probably just didnt feel the need to take a picture because maybe his item looks jsut about the same. Maybe he has no camera. Its not like he said it was the actual item.

You can report another user for image theft to eBay.

A UK seller copied a picture of my Bare Knuckle III cart on ebay and ebay pulled the auction shortly after I reported him. I was impressed by their swift handling of the situation.

It is complete with Foam Inster, Instruction Manual, Protective sleeve, and game.

mentions nothing of the box. although who would include the foam without the box i dunno.

I agree with the BUT ..... Ebay does take this very seriously and will suspend your account for even just one picture theft.

Very stupid if you ask me.
