Default Idenrify this console(no pics) Nice story.

ok, when I was about quite young I bought a console at a car boot sale, for 50 pence or something no leads no games no pads or anything it was just the actual console, right so I got it home, I never had the internet at this point, so couldnt identify it, and id never seen it in any games magazines. At the time I thought it was an atari jaguar, it said atari on it and looked quite modern,

Anyway a while past and I thought id try and hook it up I looked at the back of it and wonderd what I had that I could plug into this thing to get it working, It was a perfect match with my snes power leads and arial adaptor so I pluged them in, and switched it on........ The system then started to smoke and caught fire, I picked it up and ran downstairs and threw it in the garden and never thought anything of it, This was maybe seven years ago or something but I started thinking about
what it was or cud have bin.

    Description,

Pretty sure it was atari but not certain
it was white with red buttons on the top very similar to a snes in size and layout, I think it had a com port on the back as well or something similar.

I know its a poor description but use guys are the best can ne one help?

Nice, case closed. Wish I would have had chance to play it, I remember at the time thinking it was going to be 64 bit and awsome but it turns out to be an 8 bit flop lol. At least I never trashed anything really rare lol
