Default Broken Games or Hardware!! What game caused the madness!!

Batman for the NES. The Joker at the end through me into a adolecent rage like no other. I broke the cartridge over my knee and screamed with delight. When I came to my senses and my vision became unclouded I looked at the ruins of a RENTED!!!! game. OMG my mom was so pissed.

That was before I knew you could duck the bullets in levels 2 + 4. Its kinda hard if try to do those levels by just jumping lol.

Didn't break anything but this was weird:

Way back when The Legend of Zelda came out for the NES I rented it at the local video store. As soon as I got home I slid that puppy into my NES out of sheer excitement. The game didn't work.

Now I knew my NES wasn't broken (those pins were tight, brand new) so I took the game out and inspected it. I look at the bottom of the cart (the chip side) and I'm like "Why the fuck is there peanut butter on the chip of this NES game?" x_x

Soon after that I cleaned the poor thing out and it worked great, fortunately.

    That's my story.

I broke the TV adaptor for my power glove when I was 10. I had received it as a birthday present and I was super excited to try it out. I hooked it all up and tried to play Ninja Gaiden. *big mistake* Then I tried out Super Glove Ball, and the damn thing still didn't work. So then I tried out Rad Racer. I mean, if that guy in the Wizard could make it work, then so could I! So, long story short, I got really really pissed that this present wasn't anything other than a controller I strapped to my arm. I took the plastic adaptor part and smashed it over my tv. Ironic now that I wish I had a Power Glove. Oh well...

Just a few weeks ago I destroyed my Top Spin game disc after an intense online match. A few months before that, I punched a bookcase during another online match that caused the knuckle on my ring finger to swell up the size of a golf ball.

I think it's probably a good thing I can't play Top Spin anymore. If I didn't, I probably would have seriously injured my self in a fit or rage by now.

a game i have wanted to break into 30 pieces, melt and then leave to show off as a little plastic blob as a decoration is ninja spirits for turbografx-16... ive managed to subdue my anger towards this game by breaking other less important things.. like already broken vcr remote, and the wall.......
i have still yet to beat the part nearing the end of the game when you must jump down the hole in the cavern and dodge all the instant-kill enemies for about a minute until you by a stroke of pure luck reach the bottom... i believe ive come close, but never have and as far as my copy of the game is concerned, never will.
this game should fear for its life every time i look at it, because it is my enemy and i think it knows it .. lol

I took a claw hammer to a Ninja Gaiden for NES once. Anybody who's died fighting the final boss can tell you that it was 100% justified.

Methinks the hint to take the discussion to the older thread has been missed. :P Oh well, I was trying not to have to lock this one, but...
