I love pirates. I wonder what this is....I'll guess that it's a hack of the GB speedy gonzales game. Just a completely uneducated guess.

I'm curious too, I mean everyone knows that the GB era was the same time that Nintendo and Sega hated each other, so its obviously a pirate, but I wonder if its an original game or a hack or just a fake sticker?
