Yeah, I got a mail this morning that says it'll be out on 1st November. Most big sites have it for preorder for that date as well now. The US is getting a limited edition box set with lots of goodies (HL1 source , T-shirt etc) while Europe gets the plain ordinary edition - some things never change!
Hey, guess what? I just preordered myself a copy from the US - I'll get that HL source if it kills me (or my credit card!)
So when is the .pdf of that showing up on Suprnova? (Goes to look)....
We can only hope that it shows up soon..

I just read the 8 page review. Boy does this guy love the game! Giving it 96% and he didn't have anything bad to say about the entire game except the battery thing (which I don't think would bother me.) Roll on release time
Why are they releasing the source code? For mods and the such?

I don't think they're releasing the source code. They're releasing versions of CS and the original HL using the new engine. They haven't released the source cods for the first game yet (if ever!).
