Default The auction that got away.

Does anyone have an auction that you lost that still annoys you to this day? Was it for an item your sure not to see again?

I have one, and only one. This was before I started sniping, and I thought it was in the bag

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=3837392151

I'm 90 pct sure I'll never see one again too. At least its not THAT great of an item.

    o_O

    Only $5? What the crap!

Great item, though! Too bad more of us didn't see that, for the seller's sake anyway :P

I got one, but at the time I needed all the cash I could get to help fund the addiction, so I used mine.

The bad part is that I COULD HAVE WON IT for 40ish or cheaper if I had KNOWN TO SNIPE in the last few seconds.

That is pretty cool, too rich for my blood though. Still a nice item to be had.

Ya, Mine has a different ending though:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...130981967&rd=1

It went for more than I was willing to pay for it. Thought I'd never see one for a long time, and least of all at a decent price.

This little auction appears in one of my searches the other day and ended earlier today:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MEWN:IT

    Take a guess who won...
I collect Game Boy games and Systems. Currently looking for any R4 or R6 GB games (and a select few R5) available. PM if you got something.

That's pretty cool!! I have never seen them.

When I was first reading I thought that was fucking stupid that a lawsuit was filed against N because they were overcharging??? Oh yeah, it's there fault you paid $50 for the Zelda pak.
Anyways though, when reading the Certificate it was only $5 towards another game. So basically it was a $5 coupon, so it probably ended up helping Nintendo sell more games.

I don't think that was much of an issue either, as Nintendo wasn't really the only game in town. The real issue was their licensing agreement.
