Default Rereleased 8-bit Final Fantasy Games

Why does Square release every other FF game but FFIII. We have FF: Origins, Anthology, and now Dawn of Souls, All of which contain the original FFI-VI. But we never got the Jpanese III. Anyone know why? It just doesn't make sense, I mean they should have put it on Origins, that would have been logical. The Wonderswan got it, why not us?

FF 1 and 2 were already remade for the Wonderswan so they were easy to copy to disc and sell.

The FF 3 needed to be re-programmed and upgraded to 16-bit.

    That was the delay

Thanks man. I searched DP before I posted (cause I know how everyone hates repeat posts), but that didn't come up.

Yep I will be pre-ordering that one. Was happy as all hell when I heard it. Will go good with ff 1 & 2 coming out.
