That power supply looks identical to the supply from my (now deceased) CLD-D406 Laserdisc player. Mine died for no reason at all, but I'd say your's had a very good reason.

A friend of mine that works at a repair shop informed me that Pioneer doesn't sell whole replacement parts like this anymore; everything has to be component-level troubleshooted. Maybe this has changed since, but if not your only recourse is to repair the damaged board or try to find a comparable supply from another Pioneer LD player.

I hope it's simply a language barrier that caused you to use the word "resistor" in place of what should be "capacitor", or you've got a long way to go in troubleshooting this yourself
