Default Multi Platform Games, Which One to Get?

Now that I have all three next gen systems, I've run into a problem; which system do I get multiplatform games for when the content is the same for all three? Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and how they decide. Is one system gererally superior over another in the technical department, or are they pretty much all the same?

    it depends.

first, if you have online gaming needs, go the xway.

if you have common tastes, and are a casual gamer, go with the ps2.

if you like mint sized discs and cool packaging, go for the cube.

I think it's better to judge on a per game basis. I think the Xbox has the best versions of most games, however there are some exceptions - see MGS2 for example.

graphics, uhm, teh cube or the xbox.

    sound, the xbox.

leave the ps2 alone if you want graphics and sound.

    This order:

    Xbox
    GameCube
    PS2

Before you make the decision based on that alone, consider bonus material that one may have that another doesn't. Also take into consideration controls and button layout. The PS2 has the best D-pad, so it would probably be best for fighters.

    What Aussie said.

    Very sound advice.

We all have different opinions on controllers -- I prefer the GC one the best, personaly -- but as far as graphics and sound and what not -- the XBox is best right now.

In order from best to worst choice

    XBox

    GC

    PS2

yes, the gap is relavent difference....xbox is pretty much better at everything, graphics, sound, online experience, no need for memory cards, and has 4 controller ports, unlike the PS2....

unless there is some specific content that you really want in the GC (for example GBA connectivity) or PS2 (probably nothing) version, go with the box

Then on what system to pick Namco Museum and Midway Arcade Treasures 1 & 2 and former DC games like Crazy Taxi?

For Dreamcast games I'd stick with the DC, It has better sound and with 480i better cleaner grafix.
