Would eBay pull it? That's a possibility. It would depend what phrasing you used in the auction. Sadly I think some of the more pertinent words would draw their attention to it.

It is an NTSC NR reader and it has a really small crack on the plastic grid on one side. If interested pm me before it's too late
I am from Italy, so shipping may be high

I have seen them be sold multiple times on ebay. They weren't pulled, but maybe Ebay just missed them.

The last one went for $250 US I think (maybe 300). Just to give you an idea of what to be asking.
