Default Vacuum cleaners united! KIRBY's back on Gamecube!56k ouch

OMG! After the "strange" racing-thingy with very strange controls(1 button) Kirby finally gets what he deserves! An all brandnew action-adventure but this time not on the GBA/DS.....it will be released for GameCube!

    First screens:

yeah, the graphics don't look that great but I'm sure they will get better and don't frigging forget.....it IS KIRBY!
All my prayers have been answered.

    who's with me,eh?

I came very close to purchasing that KIRBY game for Gamecube then realized it was a racing game. Is that actually any good or is it a generic game that would be forgotten had it not had the KIRBY name attached to it? I thought at first it would be part of the DREAM LAND/WORLD/ADVENTURE games...

mmh...it's really strange cause you race around and all you have to do is presiing one button to turbo.
If you can get it for under 20 then buy it cause it's killer in multiplayer

i really enjoyed Kirby Air Ride and i tohught people were far too harsh about it, it had some of the best graphics on the gamecube...take a look at the backgrounds...and there were 3 games in one...anyway Kirby is awesome and that new Adventure game is gunna be sweet

Very Cool. It's been a while since we've seen a Kirby platform style game on a non handheld system. I'll be looking foward to it and hoping it doesn't suck (in a bad way)

I hated air ride at first, but now I love it. Sure it has simplistic controls, but It's very fun for some reason.

This new game looks great! I'm a huge kirby fan, and this is great news. I'm still not sure how kirby's inhale will work in 3D though...maybe some sort of lock on button?

Hoshi No Kirby. The former makes no sense.

Who said it's 3d? It might be like kirby 64.

Agreed, although in reality Top Ride was Air Ride from a different camera angle. I thoroughly enjoyed City Trial, and look forward to a Kirby platformer that (hopefully) is a bit better than Kirby 64.

    YES, YES, YES, YES, ROCK.

A 128-bit Kirby game that looks to get back to its roots. What could possibly go wrong?

... well, much, I guess, but so far, there isn't a Kirby game that I utterly hate. There may be a few that I'm not overly crazy about, but that lil' puffball has had some breathtaking adventures, he has. GO KIRBY!!!

I was glad that air ride got released after getting duped so many times on it's N64 release but it was a bit strange. One button for racing, and it helped little? Ten minutes in this giant city area just to play one measly minigame? it didn't make any sense but it was pretty fun and the graphics are pretty
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?

if its as good as CS on n64, it will be one solid platformer.

Wasn't there some big story about how the original designer of Kirby's Air Ride (originally planned as an N64 title) had the project pulled out from under him?

Anyway, Kirby 64 had its moments, but it was still a little rough around the edges. A lot of the levels seemed a bit bland... I don't think anything has yet surpassed the majesty of Kirby Super Star (although the GBA game looks intriguing).
