I also modify PAL MD1 systems with 50/60Hz & Japanese/English Language switches. I usually charge £15 plus return shipping for this, but will now only charge £10 plus shipping. Have only done systems for people in the UK, but will do them for overseas buyers as well. I have multiple references on other forums and on ebay.
