How come its worth so much?
PSN: SouthRox
I think it was discontinued right afte rits release, so the number produced is very low... i could be way off though... it's not worth much on xbox or ps2 though

still, it cracks me up that the game is being perceived as 'rare' by the market when there are 25 copies up for auction
good call...
almost as good as the "NES Excitebike RARE!!!!" auctions...

They're just saying it's rare because they either think it is (lots of people think that because a game is worth a lot, it's rare), or they're doing it so that it seems that it's better so bidders can either bid on it more or have a better chance of buying the item if it's a BIN.Originally Posted by sirgeoph

What is it? when I click on, it's asking me to sign onto Ebay :/
These cartridges are dirty as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!
I doubt that we'll see many Air Raid rare or Stadium Events rare games anymore because there are a lot more collecters nowadays who are ready to jump on anything that can possibly be perceived as a future rarity. But as far as modern games go, NCAA 2K3 for the gamecube isn't too easy to find in the wild. When you think about it if there's only about 20 or so copies of a game available for sale on ebay then It's kind of rare by modern gaming standards. This game has been selling for between $40-$60 almost since it was originally released.
Yeah, that's just it though - modern gaming standards. The old stuff will be much rarer now and in the long run. I guess all I am saying is that you can get a much rarer (old) game for the $50, seems like a no brainer to me.
agree totally re the air raid comment. I bet there's a couple people out there putting away brand new copies of every game that comes out. Not to mention any warehouse finds, etc. The only truly rare games will be those manufactured to be rare, like a 500 print run limited edition or something. And manufactured collectibles suck.
Does buying every game I find 10 dollars or under and not opening them count as well? .Originally Posted by Bronty-2
