'Fatal Frame 2' and 'La Pucelle:Tactics' Q

At my local Meijer, they have both of these games still sealed, and still at $50 in the display cases. I understand that these games can rake in a pretty penny, but not $50 a piece. Do you think it would be a good idea if I went and bought these, and then packed them away for 5 years, leaving them sealed, and then selling them at that time? Or, should I just stare through the glass in envy?

You can get La Pucelle at Target for 19.99, and you can find Fatal Frame 2 for about 20.00-30.00 at an EB or Gamestop.

You can *still* get it for $20 at Target? I thought it was only that cheap for a few weeks when they were blowing it out this past summer.

I see Fatal Frame 2 all the time at Gamerush new for $20 though, so don't pay that much for it unless you mean FF2 for Xbox. I have a feeling that version is going to be worth more than the PS2 version and allot harder to find.

Is there any way for them to lower their prices? I know its a reccomendation, but just about all stores go by them. Is there some sort of offical list or something that I can show them and get it at that price? Or hell, just to have all the prices up to date (They had a NFS Underground GH game, priced at $30. For GH... yikes...)
