Two bad sellers within a couple months of each other. The sad thing is I buy very little off eBay so that makes the bad to good seller ratio alarmingly high lately.
The persons name is Sponseredbynobody and this guy is really testnig my patients. I almost wish he had taken me for more money just to make small claims court worth while. I'm in revenge mode.
I bought this.

I paid him within hours of the auction ending and he didn't ship the item on Monday as promisted in his auction. After 2 weeks I email him and he claims he was on vacation but that it is being mailed with a shipping # . He doesn't give me the #. I ask many times but he claims he sent it and tells me to check my deleted forlder or junk mail. I tell him it never came and ask repeatedly for that # but he claims he lost it. I file a complaint with Paypal and tell him to send the game or the money. He says he'll refund the money if I send the stuff back first (that's funny... the bastard hasn't mailed it yet). I have tried 4 time since to email him and I get no reply. Now he has an autmated response on his email saying he is out of town until Oct 4th. He had better swing by my place with my stuff.
EDIT
I just got the following email from paypal.
